Shipping Policy

Tee Time Golf Apparel aims to provide fast, reliable shipping and clear expectations for all customers.

Tracking number will be notified upon dispatch.  Once the item has been paid for and left our store with a chosen carrier, the customer will take ownership whilst in transit.  

Order Processing Times:

  • In‑Stock Items
    Orders containing in‑stock items are processed as quickly as possible and dispatched promptly.
  • Pre‑Order Items
    Pre‑order items require additional production time. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for pre‑orders to be completed and shipped.


Shipping Methods:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 
  • Express Shipping available for an additional cost
  • We ship to various destinations worldwide - shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.


Estimated Delivery Times:

Delivery times may vary depending on courier and as we endeavour to seek the fastest regular route possible, if express is not chosen.

Australia, New Zealand, USA & Canada

  • Standard: 3–10 business days 
  • Express: 1–3 business days

Asia Pacific

Countries include Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Fiji

  • Standard: 5–8 business days
  • Express: 2-5 business days

UK & Europe

Countries include United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway

  • Standard: 7–14 business days
  • Express: 2-7 business days
